Pastor Theodore Moore
Guiding our community with wisdom and a heart for service.
Kingdom Provision Deliverance Center Senior Pastor Theodore Moore III is a devoted servant of God and Senior Pastor of Kingdom Provision Deliverance Center. He served faithfully for 25 years under the leadership of Apostle Leviticus Moore Jr. at Glorious Deliverance Center before being called by the Lord into full-time ministry.
Pastor Moore is the son of the late Theodore R. Moore Jr. and Buerda Mae Moore. He is the 6th child of 12 children and was raised on a farm, where he developed a deep love for nature and animals. At the age of 22, he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, beginning a lifelong journey of faith and ministry.
Pastor Moore is committed to the mission of “winning souls and making disciples,” with a strong foundation in holiness and biblical truth. He firmly believes that holiness is essential to the Christian life, standing on the Word of God that “without holiness no man shall see the Lord.”
He is the loving husband of Co-Pastor Charlene Moore, and together they are blessed with 5 children and 13 grandchildren. Pastor Moore believes that a godly lifestyle is one of the greatest witnesses to the world, striving daily to love as Christ loves the Church while leading God’s people with compassion, integrity, and dedication.
Passionate about youth ministry and creating authentic connections.
Co-Pastor Charlene Moore is a devoted woman of God, the wife of Pastor Theo Moore, and Co-Pastor of Kingdom Provision Deliverance Center. For over 34 years, she has faithfully walked with Jesus Christ as her personal Savior, growing in grace, wisdom, and purpose.
She began her spiritual journey as a young girl at Little Zion Baptist Church in Broxton, Georgia. Early in her Christian walk, she became a dedicated member of Glorious Deliverance Family Worship Center, where she served under the leadership of Apostle Leviticus Moore Jr. and Pastor Cynthia Moore. These foundational years helped shape her faith, character, and commitment to ministry.
In 2016, answering the call of God, her husband was commissioned to pastor in Cochran, Georgia, where together they continue to serve and lead at Kingdom Provision Deliverance Center—a place where the Spirit of the Lord dwells and lives are being transformed.
Charlene Moore is the daughter of the late James Threat and Hazel Threat. She is a loving mother of five children and a proud grandmother of thirteen grandchildren, cherishing the blessing of family alongside her calling.
With a deep love for the Lord, her greatest desire is to be all that God has called her to be. She is committed to walking in obedience, faith, and purpose—allowing God to use her life for His glory.
